ManuMind Interventional Psychiatry offers a carefully monitored and personalized ketamine therapy program that can help you break free from the cycle of persistent symptoms. Ketamine works by stimulating new neural connections in the brain, promoting healing and providing relief from emotional distress. Unlike conventional medications that may take weeks to show results, ketamine therapy often produces rapid improvements in mood and mental clarity, offering hope for those who have struggled with treatment-resistant conditions.
ManuMind Interventional Psychiatry offers two main types of ketamine treatments for those suffering from treatment-resistant depression or suicidal ideation: Spravato® (Esketamine) and Racemic Ketamine.
Combining ketamine and TMS for treatment-resistant depression is clinically appropriate when patients need both rapid symptom relief (ketamine's strength) and sustained improvement (TMS's strength).
Ketamine can provide relief within hours to days but requires maintenance, while TMS can take 4-6 weeks to show results but produces longer-lasting effects and may or may not require maintenance.
This combination works best for acute crisis patients, trauma-based depression, and those with partial response to either modality alone.

Combining ketamine treatment with psychotherapy can synergistically enhance both therapeutic progress and symptom relief.
ManuMind Interventional Psychiatry offers customizable treatment plans to integrate psychotherapy with your ketamine treatment.
SPRAVATO (Esketamine) is an FDA-approved nasal spray to take with an oral antidepressant for the treatment of treatment-resistant depression (TRD) in adults or depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) with suicidal thoughts or actions.
Treatment takes place in one of our well-appointed, serene treatment rooms. Spravato is a nasal spray that is safely self-administered, onsite, under the supervision and monitoring of healthcare provider. You will not be able to self-administer SPRAVATO® at home.
Treatment times may vary, but on average a session lasts a minimum of 2 hours.
Please keep in mind that you should not drive or operate machinery until the next day after a night of restful sleep. You will need to return to a treatment center for your next treatment.
